Video | President Obama: 'We don't kill people because they are different from us'

Speaking at a news conference following the close of the Group of 20 summit in Turkey, President Barack Obama said it would be a mistake to send American troops into ground war against Islamic State militants. Obama also said calls for a religious test before admitting refugees fleeing war torn countries "shameful."

"That's not American. That's not who we are," Obama said.

"We don't discriminate against people because of their faith. We don't kill people because they are different from us," he said. "That's what separates us from them."
