No evidence of gunshots fired at San Diego Navy medical center

No casualties, no evidence of gunshots and and no injured personnel have been found in a sweep of the Naval Medical Center San Diego, authorities said Tuesday.

Around 8:22 a.m., staff at the center had advised all non-emergency personnel to stay away from the compound in the 34800 block of Bob Wilson Drive in San Diego after a witness reported hearing three shots in the basement of Building 26, a Navy spokesman said.
